At Snyder's Furniture, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home furnishings and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your furniture to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely wrapped; for large items, we will coordinate a professional furniture carrier for home pickup.

• 3.
  Quality Inspection

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our artisans will inspect it to ensure it meets our resale standards and is free of damage.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a standard restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
